Zac Schneider smashed the Justice League trailer with black and white

To mark the third anniversary of the superhero film ‘Justice League’, filmmaker Zack Snyder on Tuesday released a new black and white trailer for his cut of the multi-popular action-thriller film. The movie will appear in four, one-hour episodes on HBO Max next year.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Zack Schneider Justice League comes after years of campaigning to allow the filmmaker to complete his vision after stepping down from the project in May 2017 following a family tragedy. Director Jose Wade took the step to complete the Justice League pressed on the JusticeX office fee.

The first trailer for the Zac Schneider Justice League debuted in August, but was removed from YouTube this month due to a music rights issue for the use of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Hallelujah’. Those issues have since been resolved as the song returns to the new, black and white version of this trailer.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Schneider is shooting several minutes of new material for his cut and assembling some of his cast, including Ben Affleck (Batman), Ray Fisher (Cyborg) and Amber Heard (Mera). He also brought Suicide Squad star Jared Leto to play the Joker. The Justice League also includes Gail Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Ezra Miller (Flash).
