The survey was conducted by Nambia, an organization that maintains a global database of values, crime rates and quality of medical services. According to its January 2020 Global Crime Index (WCI), the Pakistani city has improved its ranking by 56 places in the last one year. More crimes than this city in Pakistan have been reported in France, New York, Berlin and Chicago.
WCI covers a total of 374 cities in the world. The lowest crime rate is in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Which ranks top. I.e. ranked 374th. So at the bottom, that is, the number one city in Venezuela is Caracas. Which means it’s about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well.
