Following Emily’s success in Paris, Netflix is gearing up to renew the Romantic Come Come Made series for a second season. The show comes less than two months after its release which caused a stir and sparked a small response from French critics. According to reports, the show has garnered a huge audience for the streaming giant, entering the list of the top 10 most watched streaming shows in the week following Nielsen’s premiere.
The show revolves around the life of 20-year-old Emily (played by Lily Collins), an aspiring marketing executive in Chicago. When her company acquires a French luxury marketing company she unexpectedly takes a job in Paris. As the story progresses, Emily is tasked with revamping the company’s social media strategy and then begins a new life in the fashion city.
The 10-episode series, which includes the Philippines Leroy-Bulia and Lucas Bravo, has been shot entirely in Paris and other parts of France.
