Not one but 50 farms near Ahmedabad city have become cricket grounds. Importantly, the place where the farmers have built the cricket ground at present. Farmers were cultivating the land. But now the cricket grounds are making good money for the farmers without farming. The ground is rented from 5 to 7 thousand rupees from Monday to Friday. Holidays i.e. on Saturdays and Sundays the fare is 12 to 15 thousand rupees. Corporate cricket is also played on these grounds. It is also said that more than 500 youngsters come to the cricket ground in Science City, Thaltej and Shilj area of ​​Ahmedabad every day to play matches. Some cricket lovers charge less than the youngsters or sometimes charge only Rs 1,500 for maintenance.
In this regard, the owner of a cricket ground said that years ago, this place was used for farming. Then here became the ground. Here comes the local player to play the match.
