Singer Dolly Lee Parton, who turns 75 in January, says she will never grow old. Oprah joined Winfrey in an episode of country music star “The Oprah Conversation”, where she talked about her looks and more, People.com reports.
“As you reach each milestone age I want to know what effect the number has on you?” Winfrey asked. “I don’t think about my life in terms of numbers. First of all, I’m never going to get old, because I don’t have time to get old. I can’t stop getting old for long.” Replied.
“It’s going to be the best I can be at any age,” Parton said.
“I claim you won’t look very different when I’m 95, if I live that long, because I’m like the Gabor sisters,” he said, referring to late Hungarian socialism. “I look like a cartoon,” she said jokingly.
“I’ll do make-up. My plastic surgeons will make me look as young as possible with make-up and lighting and all that will allow. But I feel more than anything, it’s about you inside.”
Parton thinks it’s about this trend and you “shine from the inside out. Sometimes, it makes you feel young and you feel young for others”.
