The musical show The Voice has announced that singer Nick Jonas will return as coach for the 20th season next year. According to reports, the singer, 28, will take on Gwen Stephanie as the fourth coach and will judge the show alongside John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton.
Announcing the news, Singing shared a rib-tickling teaser clip on social media pages on the show’s .facial page. They wrote, “Nick is back!” Red warning with emoticons and pinned to the top of the tweet.
The same post was re-shared by Jonas with a shared question, “Warriors never sleep. I’m back and ready to win this thing. See you next season on bnbcthevoice!”
In the clip, Shelton and his fellow coach Jonas came into a humorous, meditative state, while wondering who would join them in season 20.
In the clip, Jonas says, “I have been living the sound and breathing since the 18th season. I have respected my skills. This coach knows very little, I have become stronger day by day. The novella has now become a master,” in the clip. Says Jonas.
During his first season on the show, Jonas took the Thunderstorm Artis to the grand finale, where he finished third behind Tonisha Harris and eventual winner Todd Tillagman.
